En Bande Organisée was founded in 2011 by the three designers Pauline Deltour, Anne-Laure Gautier, Gwenaëlle Girard.
A multidisciplinary workshop dedicated to well-thought-out objects and well-designed spaces. A workshop whose strength lies in the diversity and complementarity of these three viewpoints, with a shared taste for detail and beautiful materials.
